The start of a new year always feels like a great time to start off the year with a project just for me. Blue Sky Fibers is encouraging us to do the same with their Knit-a-long (KAL) for their Ely Capelet pattern. This size inclusive project uses their newest yarn, Woolstok Tweed, a soft, Aran/Chunky yarn with a subtle fleck of tweed running through. The pattern calls for anywhere from 5-12 hanks of Woolstok Tweed and is sized up to a 60-62″ bust. The capelet is knit flat and seamed and would be a great practice if you’re new to cables. We have a sample started in the shop and would love it if you’d join us in making your own. Blue Sky Fibers is giving away one free pattern with the purchase of the yarn.
